  Liz specializes in the ancient healing art of Thai Yoga Massage, and Swedish relaxation and deep tissue table massage - always mindful of the balance between the various skills she offers and what a client needs.
  Liz is committed to helping people find balance through therapeutic touch and compassionate presence.  Her approach to massage is grounded in practical, therapeutic technique.  She also holds an awareness of emotional and spritual elements that contribute to physical health.  This combination encourages a deeper experience of connection between mind, body and spirit, and invites awareness of each individual's own healing process.

  Liz practices in Edison, Washington, only 15 minutes from Burlington.  She lives in the Chuckanut Mountains with her family in an off-the-grid home, and is dedicated to providing an ethical and environmentally sound practice and lifestyle...and to a good laugh as often as possible.
